Why is there annoying static noise?
When the Bluetooth receiver and the speaker use the same power source, it may cause some ground loop buzzing noise. In this case you can use a ground loop noise isolator between the adapter and speaker, the annoying noise will be eliminated. But if you don't have one, please use a separate usb charger instead.
Why didn't I pair this adapter to my device ?
Firstly make sure the adapter is in pairing state, with the blue and red indicator flashing quickly; Then check the Bluetooth setting of your smartphone, make sure it is not connected with another device. You can delete the pairing history of the receiver and your phone, then try to pair them again. Please note: this is a Bluetooth receiver, and can not work with Bluetooth headphones or speakers.
How to clear the pairing history ?
When power on, long press the power button for about 8s, it will turn off, then turn it on again, the blue and red indicator flash quickly.
